When you use AI features, prompts, files, retrieved knowledge, and context may be sent to model providers or infrastructure providers as needed to generate responses, embeddings, workflow outputs, and diagnostics.

If you connect services such as Google Workspace, Stripe, storage, analytics, or model providers, we process integration data according to your configuration and authorization. You can disconnect integrations where the product provides those controls.
