1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Beam.expert, an enterprise AI workspace provided by Bright Beam International, Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

2. Company Information

Beam.expert is operated by Bright Beam International, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with a mailing address at 2219 Main St, Santa Monica, CA.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring that users you invite are authorized to access your workspace, agents, data, integrations, and billing settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Beam.expert to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, bypass security controls, transmit malicious code, scrape or abuse the service, or generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.

5. Customer Data and AI Outputs

You retain ownership of content, files, prompts, knowledgebases, and business data you submit. AI outputs should be reviewed before production use, especially when used for customer communications, legal, financial, employment, medical, or regulated decisions.

6. Third-Party Services

Beam.expert may connect to third-party services such as Google Workspace, Stripe, model providers, storage providers, and other tools you authorize. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans, usage limits, invoices, renewals, cancellations, and payment methods may be managed through Stripe or another billing provider. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality. We aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Beam.expert is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Beam International, Inc. disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
